Paneer tikka is a popular Indian starter. Be it a weekend cocktail dinner or a kitty party, tikkas are loved by guests and makes a great starter. But wondering how to make these finger-licking delectable tikkas for your guests in chef style?
Well, we are back with our featured Food blogger Amrita Vyas who shares a quick and easy recipe to prepare spicy paneer tikkas in your kitchens to serve your guests like a chef.
Here it goes:
Step 1: Take 4 tablespoon of full fat yogurt in a bowl
Step 2: Add 1 teaspoon of the following : dry fenugreek, garam masala, red chilli powder, indian black salt, mint powder, dry pomegranate powder (anardana) and any tikka masala. Mix it well for 4 minutes
Step 3: Add 1 chopped green chilly, 1 clove of garlic and 1/2 inch grated ginger. Mix everything well with a help of a spoon
Step 4: Add cottage cheese (paneer) pieces, cut them in any shape you want and let it sit for 10 minutes
Step 5: Take a baking dish, place each tikka and add a little butter on top
